We want you to love your purchase from Fresh Market Farms. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on fresh flowers.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at susan@freshmarketfarms.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue.
